#SOL16
Day 28

Easter was here, and brought joy in the form of prayer, sugar, and bunny ears.  What remains?

Random pieces of Easter grass litter the ground.

Opened plastic eggs lay, discarded, on the floor.

Chocolate bunnies in a box, all hollow inside, waiting for someone to open them.

Beautiful bonnets tossed aside.

Easter is over, but hopefully the message remains.

For now, the clean up begins...

  1. A nice list poem! I have always like the quiet clean up of the day after. A time to reflect on the fun!

  3. The dreaded clean up begins. So true! I like your word choice - "prayer, sugar and bunny ears". I feel you!

  4. Nicely done! I hate hate Easter grass. It makes a terrible mess and it seems to crop up months later.
